Read these conditions alongside the rules displayed at the car park and the details in your quote.
Your location, vehicle and dates
A purchase applies to the car park, registration number and period shown at checkout. Check these details carefully. Site signs and access conditions still apply. Hourly parking charges round part hours up to the next full hour. The checkout displays the total charge.
Confirmation and payment
A paid purchase is confirmed only when payment is verified and the permission is active. An unpaid reservation expires after 15 minutes. If payment is delayed or marked for review, contact the operator before paying again.
Season tickets
Season tickets are valid for the fixed period shown, at one car park, for one vehicle. There is no automatic renewal. They do not provide a named or exclusive bay.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Unpaid reservations can be cancelled from the customer account. For paid purchases, contact the operator using the on-site contact details and your reference. Refunds and changes require review; this does not affect statutory rights.
